At Techlume LLC, we believe great design should speak for itself. Our "design for free, pay only if you love it" model means you never pay a cent until you're fully satisfied with our work. This refund policy outlines what happens before and after payment.
Our Zero-Risk Promise
Our entire business model is built on your satisfaction. We design your website first, at no cost to you. You only pay once you see the finished design and genuinely love it. There is no obligation, no deposit, and no hidden fees. If the design isn't what you envisioned, you walk away without owing a thing.
Before Payment
Because we design for free upfront, the question of refunds doesn't apply before payment is made. If you don't approve the design, you owe nothing. You are free to walk away at any point during the design phase with zero financial obligation. No invoices will be sent, and no charges will be applied to your account.
After Payment / Refund Eligibility
Once you have approved your design and submitted payment through Stripe, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We evaluate each situation individually and strive for a fair outcome. The following guidelines apply:
- Within 14 days of payment: If the final work has not yet been delivered or launched, you may request a full refund. We will process the refund through Stripe to your original payment method.
- After delivery or launch: Once your website has been delivered and/or gone live, refunds are generally not available. By approving the design and authorizing payment, you confirmed satisfaction with the work prior to launch.
- Partial refunds: In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund if only a portion of the agreed-upon scope was completed. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Payment
You may cancel your project at any time before payment is made with absolutely no cost or penalty. Since our model is built on you paying only when you love the result, cancelling before payment means you simply owe nothing.
Cancellation After Payment
If you choose to cancel after payment has been made, any work completed up to that point will be delivered to you. Refund eligibility for cancellations after payment follows the same guidelines outlined in the "After Payment / Refund Eligibility" section above.
Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a dispute. We are committed to working with you to reach a fair resolution. In most cases, a simple conversation is all it takes to resolve any concerns.

- Step 2: We will review your concern and work collaboratively to find a solution, whether that's revisions, a partial refund, or another arrangement.
- Step 3: If we are unable to resolve the matter directly, you may initiate a dispute through Stripe's payment dispute process as a fallback. We will cooperate fully with any Stripe-mediated resolution.
Modifications to This Refund Policy
Techlume LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
